The Team at Art provide clear and prompt scheduling of our property cleans, they attend with professionalism and punctuality and are a pleasure to work with. Our sites find the window cleaning to be a high standard that satisfies the sites requirements every time. We have varying degrees of site restrictions or rules that can be anything from access time restrictions to short notice site closures and Art are always willing to work with us to ensure the windows are cleaned when we need them to be. Art Cleaning have provided window cleaning services for Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust since February 2007.
The Trust comprises two large acute hospitals, one smaller community hospital and a 22 bed intermediate care centre. There have not been any issues with the service provided throughout the last seven years.
The management are responsive to additional requests and provide various options to make sure all areas are cleaned regularly including an abseil team for one particularly difficult elevation.
