Simon Hart

Managing Director

Simon is the driving force behind ART, having started the company 25 years ago with only a bucket, ladder and determination behind him. No longer on the tools, Simon can often be found in the office overlooking quotations, liaising with clients, undertaking Management Meetings and ensuring the ship sails smoothly. In his spare time Simon enjoys playing golf and watching Birmingham City FC.
Jodie Hart

Director

Jodie joined ART after having her daughter 10 years ago. Having previously worked at RBS for 14 years as a Training Consultant, she has been able to implement a strong Training and Development culture within the company. Naturally creative, Jodie also focuses on the Marketing and Brand awareness for ART and is always looking at interesting ways to engage the employees. In her spare time Jodie enjoys swimming and holidays.
Darren Green

Operations Manager

Darren is our right-hand man having worked for ART for 24 years. Originally starting with the company as a window cleaner, he has worked his way through the ranks and the knowledge and experience he has attained allow him to understand all aspects of the job and apply this into his managerial role. Darren’s main responsibilities include; Client Relationships, Quality Control, Scheduling and Organisation of Work, Staff Management and Training. In his free time Darren enjoys spending time with his family.

Project Manager

Peter has joined the ART Team after having previously worked at the University of Birmingham for many years. The wealth of experience Peter brings with him has positively enhanced efficiencies and streamlined processes within the company. Peter’s main responsibilities include; Project Management, Systems Implementation, Quality Control, Staff Management.
Vanessa Cox

Office Manager

Vanessa is our Office Matriarch and has 28 years’ experience in Office based roles. Vanessa joined ART in 2012 and has a great rapport with both clients and colleagues. Day to day responsibilities include; Payroll, Invoicing, Credit Control and Providing Admin Support to the Management Team. In her free time Vanessa enjoys a glass of wine and beating her 13 year old son at games!
Jack Cremin

Office Co-Ordinator

Jack joined us in September 2023 and has fitted into the team with ease. An avid West Brom supporter who also enjoys Golf and socialising with friends. Day to day responsibilities include; Quotes, Quality Control, HR, Credit Control and Providing Admin Support to the Management Team.
Jake Kemp

Business Administrator Apprentice

Our Business Administrator Apprentice supports us whilst gaining their Level 3 in Business Administration. Whilst completing the apprenticeship they will play a key role in supporting the Office and Management Team. Day to day responsibilities include; Liaising with clients via email or phone, Sending out quotes, Booking jobs on to system, Dealing with queries and Collating data.
