Simon Hart

Managing Director

Simon is the driving force behind ART, having started the company 27 years ago with only a bucket, ladder and determination behind him. No longer on the tools, Simon can often be found in the office overlooking quotations, liaising with clients, undertaking Management Meetings and ensuring the ship sails smoothly.In his spare time Simon enjoys playing golf and watching Birmingham City FC.

Jodie Hart

Director

Jodie joined ART after having her daughter 14 years ago. Having previously worked at RBS for 14 years as a Training Consultant, she has been able to implement a strong Training and Development culture within the company. Naturally creative, Jodie also focuses on the Marketing and Brand awareness for ART and is always looking at interesting ways to engage the employees.In her spare time Jodie enjoys swimming and holidays.

Ryan Hunt

General Manager

Ryan joined Artcleaning in July 2020 as a Cleaning Operative and has worked his way up through the business, progressing through roles including Senior Operative, Foreman, Contracts Manager, and now General Manager. In his current role, Ryan oversees all projects, providing support, guidance, and leadership to ensure high standards are delivered across the business.Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing golf, travelling, and spending quality time with his family.

Darren Green

Operations Manager

Darren has worked for ART for 26 years. Originally starting with the company as a window cleaner, he has worked his way through the ranks and the knowledge and experience he has attained allow him to understand all aspects of the job and apply this into his managerial role.Darren’s main responsibilities include; Client Relationships, Quality Control, Scheduling and Organisation of Work, Staff Management and Training.In his free time Darren enjoys spending time with his family.

Vanessa Cox

Office Manager

Vanessa is our Office Matriarch and has 28 years’ experience in Office based roles. Vanessa joined ART in 2012 and has a great rapport with both clients and colleagues. Day to day responsibilities include; Payroll, Invoicing, Credit Control and Providing Admin Support to the Management Team.In her free time Vanessa enjoys a glass of wine and beating her son at games!

Jake Kemp

Office Administrator

Jake successfully completed his apprenticeship whilst working with us and has attained his Level 3 in Business Administration. Jake plays a key role in supporting the Office and Management Team and is a whiz at spreadsheets!Day to day responsibilities include; Liaising with clients via email or phone, Sending out quotes, Booking jobs on to system, Dealing with queries and Collating data. More recently Jake has taken on a finacial responsibilities role within the business such as Payroll and reconcilation of Work Orders.In his spare time Jake enjoys watching Villa FC.

Samantha Binnion

Office Administrator

Samantha joined ART in June 2026, bringing with her over 12 years of office administration experience. As one of the first points of contact for clients, Samantha plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering incoming calls, liaising with clients, supporting the Operations Team and helping to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to completion.In her spare time, Samantha enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and catching up with friends over a glass of wine.
