High level cleaning is a very specialist and skilled discipline, in which our cleaning teams are fully trained and qualified.

Our International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) and Prefabricated Access Suppliers and Manufactured Association (PASMA) trained cleaning specialists will ensure a comprehensive cleaning service using high level access equipment such as scaffold towers, scissor lifts and cherry pickers.

Our dedicated abseil team is Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) certified and can allow access to be gained to work areas inaccessible by other methods in order for cleaning works to be completed.

Our water fed pole ‘reach and wash’ system allows our cleaning teams to access up to 72ft (six floors) from the safety of the ground. This method is by far the most competitive method of high level cleaning and is also the safest as it eliminates the need for access equipment.

There are obviously higher risks associated with high level work but we are committed to the safety of our staff. All works are surveyed and supporting health and safety documentation is produced. We are fully compliant with health and safety legislation.
