Trinity
Estates:
We provide contract cleaning for one of the properties of
Trinity Estates in Moseley, called "The Edge" a
five-floor block of flats. We provide them with:
* Window cleaning - using our water fed pole system.
* Communal area cleaning.
* Hard floor cleaning and maintenance.
* Low level maintenance of issues like dead light-bulbs and
rubbish in areas not normally cleaned.
Our
staff are specifically trained to note any issues that would
normally fall under the heading of "maintenance"
and not "cleaning" - such as dead light bulbs, litter
accumulating, scuffs and dents on walls and so on. Wherever
possible we will address such minor matters our selves on
the spot, and where we are not able to deal with them we will
alert the existing in-house staff to them immediately. This
means that these issues are dealt with as soon as possible
and do not persist and annoy residents and also means that
the in-house staff are freed up to deal with the more serious
maintenance issues.
Also,
because we use our unique water fed pole system to clean their
windows, we are able to clean the windows for a substantially
cheaper cost than would be the case if Trinity Estates needed
to hire access machinery every 6 weeks: in this case we are
able to save them approximately £300 per clean - which
equates to a saving per annum of £2600.

using our water fed pole system
we cleaned the cladding on a newly built warehouse, which meant
we did not have to hire any access machinery and we also avoided
using pressure washers. We avoid using pressure washers in certain
circumstances because they do not always give an even enough
clean for our high standards: with our pole fed washer system
we can make certain of the quality of the cleaning.
We were able to clean 25,000 square meters (269,000
square feet) in under a week, and for under £1,000.

Moss
Construction completed a new build project for Levine's
Furniture Store, which Art Cleaning did the builders clean
for. (a builders clean is where we go on site as soon as the
builders have finished their work, and clean up all of the
rubble, dirt and materials left over after building has been
completed, and leave the site in a state where they can move
in) Due to the contractors continuing to work after the carpets
were fitted, the carpets were left in an unacceptable state
- to the extent that it could have prevented completion of
the project.
Art Cleaning were
called in on an emergency basis to put things right, and we
were able to perform a general builders clean and specifically
clean the carpets to the point where the customer was happy
to move in to the building. More to the point, Moss Construction
were able to avoid any penalty clauses running to many thousands
of pounds and complete the project on time.
